Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions and The Children's Mutual re-unite outstanding assets project
In 2009 Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions were appointed by The Children's Mutual to trace and locate their customers whose policies had matured and the funds were still outstanding.
The Children's Mutual provides savings and investments products and until 2003, they were trading as the Tunbridge Wells Equitable Friendly Society (TWEFS).
Please note this project involving Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions & The Children’s Mutual to re-unite policyholders with outstanding matured policy funds has now ended.
If you still wish to make a claim please note that you will no longer be able to claim via us so we kindly ask that you contact The Children’s Mutual direct on 0845 609 0085 and they will be able to help.
If you have replied to our letters, but we have asked for more information, your claim has now been passed over to The Children’s Mutual, so please call them on 0845 609 0085, explain that you were claiming your policy via Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions and they will be able to help.
